The vision of Le Fabriche, a winery in Maruggio in the Upper Salento, was born in 2020 from the friendship that binds Rinaldo Del Bono to the oenologist Mattia Vezzola.
The wine
The Marrubium Riserva is the work that best tells this vision. The first 2022 harvest expresses the deep bond between man and nature, between intuition and listening. It is an intense red wine, of great finesse and structure, evolved in white oak barriques and aged for years in the silence of the cellars. Its "elevation" is slow, deep, harmonious. Its longevity is a promise and a bet to be kept over time.
Under the influence of Capricorn, a sign dear to the Del Bono family, this wine traces a coherent and personal path, which aims to reveal the true soul of Salento: strong, elegant, sunny and mysterious.
The first vintage 2022 produced 12,500 bottles of 0.75 and 200 magnum 1.5 lt
