THE CUISINE

The luxury of simplicity and an atmosphere so intimate it is almost familial…a slow food cuisine made by women, keepers of the secrets of Puglian traditional cooking. The rich variety of fresh ingredients offered by a generous soil is the basis for the preparation of recipes preferably made with seasonal vegetables, keys of an healthy, balanced and natural diet which brings out the flavours of our Mediterranean shrub lands herbs. Le Fabriche cuisine leitmotivs are extra virgin olive oil and wines, organic products from farm to fork. The wonderful panoramic terrace offers our guests an opportunity to dine outside whilst contemplating the beauty of the surrounding nature and a stunning sunset. The gentle breeze from the sea is welcome on hot summer evenings.

 

The conference hall

The multifunctional hall named “Ovili” (Sheepfold) next to the main building and in a panoramic position overlooking the vineyard, is a separate space with independent restroom and kitchen, ideal for hosting conventions, meetings, conferences, corporate events. It can accommodate about 60 people and has comfortable chairs. It can be equipped with audio diffusion devices and video projector upon request. Coffee breaks and light lunches can also be arranged.
